“We have been enjoying Olivia's Bakeville Treats for the past four years. My first introduction with Bakeville Treats was the banana bread and the zucchini bread with chocolate chips. I could not keep either bread in the house for more than a day and a half, between myself and my son. And that is saying something because my son will rather starve than eat a fruit or a vegetable! Needless to say, we both gobbled up the breads in no-time-flat!
To add food complications within our family, my husband follows a plant based diet and is lactose intolerant. We asked Olivia to bake him a vegan chocolate cake for his birthday. It took no time for our whole family to agree that it is the best chocolate cake we have ever tried, vegan or not. And my husband and I are dessert connoisseurs- we both have a sweet tooth and have eaten more desserts (vegan and not), than I can count. I particularly recommend the vegan chocolate cake with the vegan chocolate chips in the cake to add some texture; my husband prefers without, so I say you cannot go wrong with it no matter how you choose to order it.
